In the resulting focus they hold, one can create more room for happiness and the strength to make clear decisions which can bring increased contentedness. This dynamic can encourage personal development, expand self-appreciation and with it engage the fundamental self-healing processes of the body.

Intensive Meditation Course
The intensive meditation course is meant to be an accompaniment to the regular working day and is not seen as a retreat. Rather, it is built to give momentum to become enthusiastic about your own inner world and the present moment and what they can mean for you in your daily life. And to stay engaged in your practice.
This first training and practice block will run for about six months. The themes that we will discuss and train are five days group training and then at least three weeks of solo practice.

Month 3 — Concentration and Zero Point Training
Month 4 — The Chakras
Month 5 — Rainbow Colors Part 1
Month 6 — Rainbow Colors Part 2
It’s most helpful to follow through with the first six units as they build on one another and create an important foundation for the construction of a stable electromagnetic system.
